Victoria J. Morton is a Florida Bar licensed attorney, admitted to practice before the Florida State Courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. She has worked with small businesses, commercial landlords, and both homeowners and condominium associations since becoming licensed in 2003.

Ms. Morton received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors in 1998 from the University of Florida and then worked for two years as the Director of Social Services at a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. In 2003, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, where she was a member of Moot Court and the Worker’s Compensation Moot Court Travel Team, as well as minoring in health law.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, Ms. Morton began her legal career at a small community association law firm, where she became the lead litigator. During that time, she also periodically served as an adjunct professor for Palm Beach State College, teaching courses in business and real estate law. In 2011, Ms. Morton developed her entrepreneurial skills by opening her own law practice focused on community associations.

When not practicing law, she has also served as a parent association president, homeowners association board president, Director of the Coalition of Boynton West Resident Associations, and a precinct committeewoman. In 2023, she joined J. Muir and Associates, where she continues to work on behalf of clients in business and association disputes.

As a community association attorney, Ms. Morton has served as general counsel for corporations and provided representation in diverse legal matters, including foreclosure of assessment liens, evictions, covenant enforcement, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty issues, damages claims, and fair housing disputes. Her experience in representing corporations, together with having run a law practice, gives her a unique perspective on providing legal services to the community.

Ms. Morton loves being a mom and always being on the go. When she’s not spending time with her family or walking her wonderful rescue dogs, she enjoys skiing and outdoor adventures.
