VICTORIA MORTON
ABOUT ME
Victoria J. Morton is a Florida Bar licensed attorney, admitted to practice before the Florida State Courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. She has worked with small businesses, commercial landlords, and both homeowners and condominium associations since becoming licensed in 2003.

Ms. Morton received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors in 1998 from the University of Florida and then worked for two years as the Director of Social Services at a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. In 2003, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, where she was a member of Moot Court and the Worker’s Compensation Moot Court Travel Team, as well as minoring in health law.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, Ms. Morton began her legal career at a small community association law firm, where she became the lead litigator. During that time, she also periodically served as an adjunct professor for Palm Beach State College, teaching courses in business and real estate law. In 2011, Ms. Morton developed her entrepreneurial skills by opening her own law practice focused on community associations.

When not practicing law, she has also served as a parent association president, homeowners association board president, Director of the Coalition of Boynton West Resident Associations, and a precinct committeewoman. In 2023, she joined J. Muir and Associates, where she continues to work on behalf of clients in business and association disputes.
