Jacqueline C. Ledón, Partner



Jacqueline C. Ledón is an attorney whose practice focuses on business litigation. She is a skilled trial and appellate attorney with more than a decade of experience in state and federal courts. Her diverse experience includes numerous areas of litigation, including contract, financial services, commercial, affordable housing development, insurance and bankruptcy. Her litigation and trial experience extends throughout all phases of a dispute, from pre-suit negotiations to lead counsel in bench and jury trials. In addition to her litigation background, Jacqueline has broad appellate experience with multiple oral arguments before the Florida Third District Court of Appeal resulting in several favorable published decisions.

Jacqueline earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in Economics and Foreign Affairs. She received her juris doctor at The George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

In addition to her experience in the private sector, Jacqueline has a proven record of public interest work. Jacqueline is active in the community having served on the board of multiple civic organizations. She has been elected to numerous leadership positions on the board of the Dade County Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers Section, where she has served since 2008. For her service, she earned the Dade County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Community Service Achievement Award. Jacqueline has lectured regarding commercial lending practices and other substantive topics for a variety of conferences and programs.
